During the 6 months of our engagement, iTech made 66% more hires than they had in the previous half year before our arrival, so that they were able to smash their hiring targets for the year.


Using a scientific sourcing methodology, we were able to attract highly experienced talent, making transformational hires up to Tribe Lead and “Head of” level. The streamlined processes we helped create continued to be used after the end of our engagement, and techruiter. continues to help support iTech’s engineering hiring to this day.
